How do Dossier tees fit?

All tees feature a relaxed, boxy drape with dropped shoulders. They’re designed to sit balanced — not tight, not baggy. If you prefer a closer fit, size down.
How do Dossier hoodies fit?

Our hoodies are oversized by design. The body is roomy, the shoulders dropped, the silhouette structured. True to the brand: quiet, heavy, and intentional.
What fabrics do you use?

We work exclusively with 100% pre-shrunk cotton and French terry cotton (580 GSM) for the hoodies.

No synthetics. No shortcuts. Only clean, natural fibers that feel grounded and age beautifully.
How should I care for my pieces?
  • Wash cold, inside-out.
  • Hang dry or low tumble.
  • Avoid bleach or softeners — they break down natural cotton.
  • Iron on low if needed.
  • The more you care for it, the more character it earns.
How long will my order take to ship?

For the first drop:

  • Production: 3–5 business days.
  • Delivery: 7–14 days (depending on your location).

After Drop 001, fulfillment times will shorten to 1–2 days for stocked items. You’ll receive tracking details the moment your order ships.
What’s your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Every return request is reviewed individually to maintain the integrity of the brand.
Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be adjusted or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, all sales are final — each piece is made to order.
Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship across the U.S. and Canada. International access will open soon. Subscribe to early access for global drop updates.
